Your work and support over the past year has expanded our conservation footprint across the Hudson Highlands, and continues to do so. You can read about your impact in HHLT’s 2018-2019 Annual Report, which chronicles recent conservation successes.
Thank you–our dedicated friends, supporters and volunteers–for the time, energy, and financial contributions you have donated toward protecting the Hudson Highlands. Your support and collaboration has made the protection of natural resources you’ll read about in this Annual Report possible.
Highlights include increasing our Land Conservation focus on connecting protected lands to create robust “green corridors,” like along the Appalachian Trail. At the same time, our Municipal Planning and Outreach activities, through your efforts, have enhanced the protection of water resources, wildlife habitat and outdoor recreation in Philipstown, Putnam Valley and Cornwall.
To keep this momentum going, please contact us with any suggestions for other conservation activities in the Highlands. We are so grateful for your commitment to protecting and preserving the Hudson Highlands alongside us.
