New York State
Energy & Research Development Authority (NYSERDA) offers
many financial incentives under a variety of programs to
encourage energy efficiency in both the public and private
sector. Some programs offer interest rate reduction on
loans, some offer substantial rebates on sustainable energy
installations (solar, geothermal, wind and others), some
provide technical assistance throughout design and
construction for energy conserving endeavors, in addition to
numerous other examples of substantial support.
