Copleman has been a leading force in organizing this effort and
marshaling the energies of hundreds of local citizens in support of
it. A sustainability advocate for many years, Mr. Copleman’s
professional career includes nearly 30 years as a management
consultant in which he played important roles facilitating
comprehensive change in many complex systems including corporations,
health care institutions, and communities. In 2003, he became
Co-Director of the Life Quality Alliance of the Delaware Valley,
which supports creation of sustainability indicators and region-wide
behavior-change strategies. In 2008, he was named a Fellow of Rider
University’s Science & Technology Research Institute. He has lived
in Lawrence Township since 1974.
