Conservation Subdivisions and Open Space Overlay Forum Materials

On February 5, 2018, we held an educational forum entitled Conservation Subdivisions and the Open Space Overlay. Although the forum was designed to deepen Philipstown residents’ understanding of their town’s open space protections, the materials presented, which are available below, may be of use to other municipalities who are facing similar decisions.
